How does check-in work?
Check-in: 4:00–8:00 PM. You will receive all details including key safe code and directions by email in advance.
Where can I park?
4 free parking spaces on the street directly in front of the house.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, the pool can be heated (for an additional fee). The pool is open year-round.
Is there WiFi?
Yes, fast fibre WiFi (1 Gbps) is available free of charge.
Is the villa air-conditioned?
Yes, air conditioning in every bedroom, the living room and the dining room. Plus 4 ceiling fans.
Are baby cots available?
Yes, 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are provided.
Can I bring pets?
No, unfortunately pets are not allowed.
How far is the beach?
The nearest sandy beach (Playa de Canyamel) is 1.3 km away — about 3 minutes by car.
How do I pay?
Secure payment through our booking system (credit card, etc.).
Who is my point of contact?
You book directly with the owner — no property manager, no middleman. Our local caretaker Massimo is available on-site.
